Clothing Care
All handmade/upcycled garments require extra care due to vintage fabrics & upholstery materials.
It should always be washed separately from other clothing due to its delicate nature & to prevent fading.
Items are highly recommended to be washed inside out, on the delicate cycle, with cold water. (If possible, I personally suggest hand washing). Allow the items to lay flat/hang to dry. To release wrinkles, a steamer works best. Refrain from using an iron.
Note: All soft linen fabrics naturally fray over time due to their delicate fibers (this is normal). To help with further fraying, you can easily trim them with scissors. Customers are responsible for proper care after purchase.
Return Policy
At ChiChibyChiChi, every piece is handmade with care and intention. I want you to absolutely love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, I’m here to help.
Eligibility: Returns are accepted for store credit only within 10 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in the same condition you received them.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Because each design is handmade and made to order, I do not offer refunds. Instead, you’ll receive store credit for the full purchase amount, which never expires and can be applied toward any future order.
To start a return, please contact me through DM on Instagram and I will guide you through the return process. Once I have received the return and inspected it, I will notify you and issue the store credit in your name.
When will I get my order?
Since all designs are handmade and made-to-order, please allow 7-10 business days for processing and production.
For patchwork designs, because of the elaborate work involved, please allow 2-3 weeks to carefully craft each piece with the time and attention it deserves.

What are "ChiChi Signatures" ?
This collection is born from my most inspired moments—pieces crafted in the flow of creativity and offered just as they are.
These one-off pieces are one-of-a-kind *not made to order* carefully handcrafted from vintage and upcycled fabrics. Because of the rarity of these fabrics, I may be able to recreate a design, but no two will ever be exactly the same — each carries its own unique character and charm.
